Every control board we sell undergoes a multi-stage inspection process to ensure it’s fully functional, safe, and ready for real-world performance. We treat every board like it’s powering our own appliances.
Our trained technicians examine each board under proper lighting to spot:
Boards that don’t pass this initial visual inspection are immediately rejected.
After cleaning and pre-testing, we visually verify:
We test key circuit paths using a calibrated multimeter to confirm:
Boards are cleaned with anti-static wipes and securely packaged with protective foam. If available, firmware or diagnostic testing is performed with the original appliance model.
