Our Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, and components included.
Return Authorization Required: A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning any item. Returns without an approved RAN will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
“For Parts Only” or “As-Is” items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Installed, modified, or damaged items due to improper installation or handling are not eligible for return.
Items missing essential components or original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
Email returns@a-zapplianceparts.com with your order number in the subject line.
Include in the email:
Your full name
Order date
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable) showing any issues.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions.
Shipping & Return Process
If A-Z Appliance Parts made an error (wrong item shipped or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
If the customer ordered the wrong item or no longer needs it, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
Returned items must include the issued RAN number on the package.

Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Our Right to Refuse Returns
A-Z Appliance Parts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy guidelines or is deemed fraudulent.

Orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To prevent delays and ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address before submitting payment. We can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
Address Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping: Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping: Availability depends on the destination country. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

International Customers – Please Read Before Purchasing

We are happy to serve international customers and offer shipping options worldwide. However, please note the following:
This policy applies only to international orders—any orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, Mexico, and other countries.
Shipping Costs
Some international orders may require additional shipping fees, while others may not. If additional fees apply, we will contact you with the details. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Customs & Duties
If applicable, the receiver is responsible for paying all duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by their country’s customs authorities. We do not collect duties, tariffs, or import taxes at checkout. Customers must be aware of any applicable fees before ordering. We strictly adhere to customs regulations and will never undervalue a shipment or mark it as a gift.
Refused Deliveries & No Refunds
If an international customer refuses to pay applicable duties and tariffs, the carrier will contact us to ask if we want to cover the charges. We will instruct the carrier to dispose of the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
Delivery Times & Customs Delays
International shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Customs clearance processes may cause delays beyond our control. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for duty and tariff estimates before ordering.
Order Feasibility
In certain cases, particularly with low-value items, shipping costs may be disproportionately high. If this occurs, we may reach out to discuss available options before proceeding with the order.

Can I Cancel My Order Before It Ships?
Yes! Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. However, due to our quick processing times, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
If you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order is already on its way. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel shipped orders. However, once the item arrives, you can return it for a full refund.
